Loved this!!! Can relate to so many. The good news is that you can take this new perspective with you wherever you go. As a Belgian-puertorican living in US, there’s many things from the Nordic living that I grew up with and have stuck with me, even now as an adult!
It’s funny how we don’t like the lack of accessibility and our need to have business hours for our convenience, but that’s precisely what makes the American culture the fast paced madness it is.
I really wish businesses and stores would close on Sundays and close early during the weekdays. Maybe we would be forced to slow down a little more ☺️
I have never thought that it would be shocking to see kids (7y) going to school by themselfs. But yes if you are not used to it -it might bee shocking. I think it is soooo cute- these little humans with their too big backpacks 🥰
